Typhoon “Bebinca” (Severe Typhoon Category), the 13th typhoon of this year, made landfall along the coast of Shanghai on the 16th. At the time of landfall, the maximum wind force near the center reached Category 14 (42 meters per second, Severe Typhoon Category). “Bebinca” is the strongest typhoon to land in Shanghai in 75 years.
